"Late delivery and felt left in the dark"
My shoes showed up later than expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept checking for some kind of info, but it felt like I was just being ignored until the package finally arrived

"Tighter Than I Expected"
I was expecting these to feel a bit more comfortable, but they ended up being way too tight for me. After wearing them for a short time, my feet started to hurt. Not really what I hoped for

"Shoes weren’t what I expected"
I really wanted to like these, but they looked way different in person than they did on Taka Shoes. Online the designs seemed cool, but when they arrived they felt kind of cheap, and the shape of the shoes was just awkward.
The colors don’t really work together either, and they look a bit outdated to me. I also had to chase them for an update, which just made the whole experience more frustrating. I wouldn’t wear them out

"Sizing was way off"
I ordered my usual size and even double-checked the size chart, but these were still way too tight. i have no idea how the sizing is that far off. The return process was annoying too, especially with all the little policy loopholes that make it feel harder than it should be to send something back when the fit clearly isn’t right. I wouldn’t buy again unless they fix the sizing.

Not gonna lie, the return process was a hassle. I had to wait way too long to hear back from support, which made the whole experience annoying.
